US consumer prices drop 0.1 per cent in March
Washington - US consumer prices dropped 0.1 per cent in March, the US Labour Department said Wednesday.
The March figure comes after rises of 0.4 per cent in February and 0.3 per cent in January. The core inflation rate, which excludes more volatile food and energy prices, rose 0.1 per cent in March, the department said.
