Warsaw - The United States and Poland topped a list that ranked countries with the most pirated PC games, the daily Dziennik reported on Wednesday.

Most of the computer games available illegally online originate from the US, said a study from security software company Symantec. Another 8 per cent of the games come from Poland.

The US also ranked first in most files available illegally online, followed by Britain and Canada.

The report was based on a three-month survey of websites offering illegal downloads. (dpa)
