Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala is ready to tie the nuptial knot with a Nepali businessman Samrat Dahal.

Nepali born Indian actress, who formerly, ruled the Hindi film industry, has finally found her love in Dahal.

The pair will make the holy wedding ceremony official on June 19th in their native land Kathmandu.

Manisha debuted in the film industry in the year 1991. Her first film was Subhash Ghai's Saudagar, which was accompanied by a list of critically acclaimed films like Agni Sakshi opposite Nana Patekar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Khamoshi: The musical for which she won the Filmfare award.

Till 2010, this pretty actress has many flicks that are ready to release.

These include Deepti Naval's Do Paise Ki Dhoop, Char Aane Ki Baarish, Rohit Kaushik's Chehere, Partho Gosh's Ek Second........ Jo Zindagi Badal de? A Tamil movie called Maappillai is also in the line, which has Dhanush in the lead role.

Manisha, who has dated quite a few men in the past, found an ideal man in Samrat.

The marriage ceremony will be attended by only close friends and family members. The venue of the reception is being kept secret but it will be held in Manisha's home away from home Mumbai.
