London, Oct 9 : Vanessa Hudgens has confessed that a bottle of wine and going out dancing is the best way to get over a break-up.

The 24-year-old actress said that she loves taking her girlfriends to dancing, away from their worries and makes it a point to be with them through their break-ups, Metro. co. uk reported.

The 'High School Musical' star, who split with her former co-star Zac Efron in 2010 after a 5-year-long relationship, further explained that it's similar to a week of filming, after which a glass of wine or chocolate makes her happy.

She asserted that she loves theme parties and likes dressing up for them. (ANI)
