Bollywood actor Aamir Khan knows how to maintain healthy relations with staffers and be there with them in their good and bad times.

Last Friday, Mr. Perfectionist had shown a lovable gesture to one of his staffers Sachin Gowda by giving a surprise at his marriage ceremony.

This has showed again that the actor is a complete star but makes a very good boss too. The moment Aamir learnt about one of his staff member's nuptials, he put all his preceding commitments to the side to become a part of the wedding.

The actor's whole week was preoccupied with a commercial to be shot and also a look test for an advertisement.

However, Aamir called off all the commitments and reached Bangalore to attend the marriage.

The wedding date just got decided a week ago and Aamir was very thrilled and enthusiastic to attend it and thus changed his timetable. He attended the party along with his wife Kiran Rao.

Just like a family member, the actor was seen beside Sachin at his wedding, which was a pleasant shock for Gowda.

Sachin is working with Aamir for about 10 years now. He was completely unaware of Aamir's arrival as he already knew about Aamir's prior commitments. Sachin was ecstatic with joy when he saw Aamir. He could not believe his eyes and was really happy that Aamir could make it at this important day of his life.
