Madhur Bhandarkar, who is famous for making realistic flicks like Chandni Bar, Page 3, Corporate, Traffic Signal and Fashion, is all set to shock his fans as he is planning to make a comedy flick.

The film will be named as 'Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji'.

The film to be released sometime in 2011 will star Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mugdha Godse, Emraan Hashmi and Ajay Devgan.

Madhur has amazed each and every person after making announcement of a comedy.

It looks that Bhandarkar wants to take a breather from serious cinema and will make something playful this time.

He desired to make a comedy film since a very long time but was looking for the perfect story and subject.

Ajay is known for his perfect comic timing and Madhur is very keen to cast him in his comedy flick.

Ajay wanted to work with Madhur for quite some time and seems that the time has come.

The pair will team up for the first time and the film's shoot will commence sometime in July.
