Bangladesh aims to reach Super Eight in ICC T20 World Cup

Bangladesh Captain Mohammad Ashraful Mohammad Ashraful has said that the main objective of Bangladesh team will be to make into the Super Eights in ICC T20 World Cup which is going to start this week on 5th June.

Ashraful further added that in this quicker version of cricket any side can beat the other side and their team is confident to do well in ICC T20 World Cup.

Bangladesh team will start its campaign on 6th June against the world T20 champions Indian team and Indian team is not taking them lightly as Bangladesh had already defeated India in World Cup 2007.

In last T20 World Cup, Bangladesh defeated West Indies and South Africa but lost all the other four games by huge margin.

Meanwhile poor batting form of Mohammad, who has scored at an average of 17.40 in five matches, is a concern for Bangladesh.

On the other hand, Rubel Hossain has impressed by his performance in warm-up matches and has taken nine wickets in two warm-up matches.
