BP XI bundles out on 318, Nayar hits centuryAbhishek Nayar has smashed a brilliant century to get his team out of trouble as India Board President XI (BP XI) returned to pavilion with 318 runs on the board against South Africa on the first day of the warm-up match at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur.

BP XI skipper won the toss and elected to bat first in two day practice match. BP XI's batsmen struggled against the South African pace attack as they lost six wicket for just
114 runs. But after that Nayar (100) and S Dhawan put up brilliant partnership of 181 runs for the seventh wicket.

Dhawan scored 70 runs before getting run out by Ian Botha. BP XI finished their inning with a respectable total of 318 runs in 74.4 overs in the first inning. Morkel and W Parnell shared three wickets each while J Kallis, D Steyn and P Harris picked up one wicket each for South Africa.

South Africa scored 44 runs in 13 overs without any loss of wicket at the close of play on the first day. A Prince (13) and G Smith (30) were present at the crease.
