London, Jan. 16: Frank Lampard has urged Chelsea's whining stars to stop crying - and get on with the job.

"The manager going public with his criticism is not a problem. If you want to cry just because the manager says you are playing below par, you need to look at yourself. We are all men and just have to accept it," The Sun quoted Lampard, as saying.

He was referring to coach Scolari blast at his star-studded squad before Wednesday's third-round replay and it was not hard to pick out Drogba, Deco, Nicolas Anelka and Michael Ballack were his prime targets.

But Lamps admits Chelsea's squad all knew they needed a kick up the backside.

Full back Cole said: "A lot of people were trying to blame the manager - which was wrong. We were the ones letting down the fans and the manager. We have let players go and conceded goals. We have to get rid of the mistakes if we are to push on and win more." (ANI)
