David Beckham may consider joining A C Milan permanently

David Beckham may consider joining A C Milan permanentlyLondon, Jan. 26: England football star David Beckham will decide in the next two weeks whether he wants to join Italian football club A C Milan permanently.

According to The Times, Beckham, who is currently on a three-month loan to Milan, is due to return to the Los Angeles Galaxy in March.

Sources at A C Milan said that he has made such an impact at San Siro that Milan is keen to keep him.

According to the paper, Beckham can leave the Galaxy for nothing in October and the MLS club may be tempted to cash in on their prized asset before he can activate a break clause in his five-year contract.

"I can't say what will happen, even if my contract says that I'll be here until March. We'll have to see. At the moment I'm enjoying this experience. I'm at one of the biggest clubs in the world. It's great to score my first goal - I will keep this jersey but it's more important the team won and we played well. It's special to play for Milan and also to score, but what's most important is that we won," 33-year-old Beckham was quoted, as saying.

Milan is reportedly happy with his performances in training and matches, but Beckham has to take into account the family upheaval for his wife and three children if he was to relocate from Los Angeles to Italy. (ANI)
