Google removing video units feature of Google AdSenseThe existing clients of Google AdSense won’t be able to see the video units feature of the revenue sharing ad program by end of April! The video units feature that lets publishers show YouTube content and video ads on their pages is being removed from Google AdSense.

Google has stated that Google AdSense’s video units feature is being removed because of poor performance.

According to Google, the video units feature will be totally erased for existing Google AdSense clients by the end of April, and the new clients of Google AdSense will not be offered option to place video ads on their pages through the program. However, publishers will be allowed to display video content on their pages by pulling embed codes directly from YouTube.

Well, the Google’s latest move to remove Google AdSense’s video units feature appears to be the part of Google’s plan of chopping programs in AdSense. The search giant recently axed its Google Radio Ads and it is reportedly planning to sell its Google Radio Automation software business.
