Jakarta  - The Indonesian stock market plunged 3.86 per cent Thursday, sparked by falls of regional and international markets, including further drops on Wall Street.

The Indonesia Composite Index closed at 2,286.611, dropping by 91.863 points from the previous day's close.

Dealers said the sharp fall was triggered mainly by foreign concerns, particularly the weakness of the US market. (dpa)
