Job Markets getting a boostThe placement season is back and there are jobs everywhere. The best management school in India IIM-A has begun its annual placement process.

All the top notch Investment and consulting firms are back in the business offering the best of salaries to pick the best of talent. In 2008, Deutsche Bank had offered a record Rs. 1.44 crore package and is all set to break its own record this year. This signifies that happy days are back again for the management graduates who were among the worst hit during the recessionary times.

Out of the 290- student batch of brightest management and technical people in the country, coming into just the second week of the placement IIM-A has almost placed half of its batch and all the companies that have picked are the renowned names in the banking and consulting field.

Domestic and global i-banks, consulting firms and FMCG companies have already taken part in the process that has started from February 13th.

Insiders claim that the hiring has so far indicated signs of recovery for the best management institute, which saw an extended placement season and a 25% dip in average domestic and international salaries as compared to 2009.
