London, November 10 : Mariah Carey, who recently met up with ‘X-Factor’ contestants to boost their confidence, had the staff sighing hands in frustration with her “diva” tantrums, according to sources.

The singer apparently arrived six hours behind schedule, followed by 25 flunkies, and complained that her dressing room was not of sufficient standards.

“I’d heard that Mariah was bad, but thought it was just rumours. Boy, was I wrong,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

“We couldn’t find her for six hours, she had more staff than the Queen and then she threw a strop about the dressing room,” the source added.

The ‘X-Factor’ bosses had reportedly declined to accommodate the stunner with a better room owing to the shortage of time.

A source said: “I don’t think anyone has told Mariah ‘No’ before.” (ANI)
