Nandan NilekaniNandan Nilekani, Co-Chairman, Infosys Technologies, while releasing his book 'Imagining India: Ideas for the New Century' at the Reliance Times Out outlet, expressed concern over the Mumbai terror attacks and called it the 'most horrific tragedy seen by India'.

Mr Nilekani said, "It is a very great tragedy and is kind of state of war, but it also shows our institutions have become dysfunctional, be it policing, intelligence; it is very unfortunate. It is very disturbing to see that the solution is not that simple to find. It is a part of challenge which we have to deal with."

"My quest to find answer for this, resulted in this book which deals with huge pool of Human Resources, Primary Education, Infrastructure, Urbanization, Single Market, Reforms, Healthcare Employment and other related matters," he further added. On the advantages of 'reforms' ushered in India in the recent past he said, ''Reforms are nothing but providing access to wide range of opportunities."
