NCP to contest 14 seats in Bihar

NCP to contest 14 seats in BiharPatna, Mar 15 : The Bihar unit of Nationalist Socialist Party (NCP) declared on Sunday that it would field its candidates in 14 out of the 40 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

Speaking to the reporters in Patna, party spokesperson Anil Kumar Jha revealed that NCP is considering to contest for more seats on Monday.

On the other hand, the United Progressive Front (UPA) is yet to announce its seat sharing formula in the state.

The NCP, during the previous Lok Sabha elections, had contested for the Katihar seat, which was followed by an alliance with the UPA. (ANI)
