Jaipur, Aug 22 - An Air India flight form Delhi to Ahmedabad had to make an emergency landing in Japiur today after its left engine stopped working.

A passenger told ANI, "We got message from the captain that the left engine has failed and the plane will land at Jaipur."

Another passenger, Vinay Chaturvedi, told ANI that the staff handled the situation badly.

Washington, Aug 22 - A team of researchers have identified a flaw in Android, Windows and iOS mobile operating systems which allowed them to hack several apps including Gmail with a success rate of 82 to 92 percent.

Gmail was hacked with success rate of 92 percent, WebMD (85 percent), CHASE Bank (83) and H and R Block with 92 percent, were found 'easy to be hacked'.

However, Amazon, with a 48 percent success rate, was the only app they tested that was difficult to penetrate.

Washington, Aug 22 - Tech giant Microsoft is planning to release its latest addition to the Windows series, Windows 9, next month.

According to The Verge, the software maker is tentatively planning its press event for September 30th to detail upcoming changes to Windows as part of a release codenamed "Threshold.

However, the Threshold version of Windows is currently in development and Microsoft plans to release a preview version of what will likely be named Windows 9 to developers next month.

New Delhi: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) which submitted its first interim report to the Supreme court this week has sought changes in income tax return forms which will have details of the tax payer's foreign bank accounts or foreign trips, a daily newspaper has reported.

SIT has initiated steps for bringing back black money stashed away by Indian citizens in foreign banks.

Quoting sources, the paper said that the SIT has also sought reforms in the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). The SIT is understood to have sought to make it a criminal law rather than civil, the paper said.

Mumbai: The benchmark BSE Sensex rose over 111 points and the NSE Nifty soared to a new life-time high of 7,924.90 in early trade on Friday as IT, oil & gas, power and consumer durable stocks led the rally on sustained capital inflows.

The BSE 30-share barometer spurted by 111.09 points, or 0.42 percent, to trade at 26,471.20, approaching its life-time high of 26,530.67 reached on August 19. It had gained 45.82 points in yesterday's session.
