Botham asks England to 'act fast, hit Oz hard with pace' in Perth Test

Ian BothamLondon, Dec 10  : Former England cricketer Ian Botham has said that their team must act fast and hit the Aussies with pacemen in Perth if they want to do anything notable in the Ashes.

They need to go to Perth and relish the contest, not shrink from it, he said.

Australia have a good record there, but it is a great ground to play on and one that England can do well on if they bat properly, he added.
