Washington, Jan 16 : U. S. President Barack Obama will unveil a `comprehensive' package of gun violence reduction proposals on Wednesday, including renewing assault weapons ban and tougher background checks, said the White House on Tuesday.

"I can tell you that tomorrow the president and the vice president will hold an event here at the White House to unveil a package of concrete proposals to reduce gun violence and prevent future tragedies like the one in Newtown, Connecticut," said the White House spokesman Jay Carney during a daily briefing.

London, Jan 16 : Catherine Zeta-Jones, who was made a Commander of British Empire (CBE) in 2011 for services to the film industry, revealed that Prince Charles pinned the award on the actress' lapel with the minimum of blushes.

Recently, when the 43-year-old actress was shown the image featuring her receiving the CBE award, in `The David Letterman show,' she told her host to look out at the 64-year-old Royal's hands.

She said that though she loved the royal family, Charles was being a little saucy, the Daily Mail reported.

While the prospect of eating a full English in the lavatory is unlikely to appeal to most travellers, the study found that, as bathrooms are regularly and thoroughly cleaned, they usually contain the least amount of bacteria, the Telegraph reported.

Mattresses and duvets, however, are rarely cleaned, making them among the dirtiest places in the average hotel room.
