Washington, Apr 28 : Hollywood actress Charlize Theron has revealed that Salma Hayek had a "beautiful wedding" to French tycoon Francois-Henri Pinault last weekend.

The 33-year-old actress, who was present with beau Stuart Townsend, said that the bride looked "gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous."

"I''m really happy for them and they''re just a beautiful couple," Usmagazine quoted Theron as saying.

Washington, April 15 : South Africa-born Charlize Theron thinks US ban on gay marriage is another "form of apartheid".

The Oscar-winning actress revealed that she was "bothered" that her adopted country failed to legalise same-sex unions.

Charlize said it was this "caveman" approach which reminded her of her native country''s past apartheid laws, which marked a distinctive line between whites and non-whites.

She said: "Being naked is one of those things I think people think of in an isolated, compartmentalised way, but sometimes it''s harder to do a scene where you have to bear a raw emotion of pain or vulnerability.

London, Mar 13 : Charlize Theron has revealed that she loves playing different roles.

The Oscar-winning actress has crammed some remarkably varied roles into her career, from `The Devil''s Advocate', to `Monster', to `Hancock', to `The Italian Job' to `North Country'.

And Theron insists that for her, variety is certainly the spice of life.

"I love doing what I do because I love movies," Sky News quoted her, as saying.
