London, Oct 16 : Kurt Cobain’s widow Courtney Love is all set to make new music after reforming her band Hole, it has emerged.

Love has kept the studious occupied and plans to release a single in January 2010 followed by an album by the middle of the year, reports The Sun.

Love co-founded Hole with Eric Erlandson in 1989 and dedicated herself completely to the band after Cobain’s suicide in 1994.

Hole’s second album, Live Through This, not only won critical acclaim but also sold over 2 million copies worldwide.

Love, 45, wrapped her legs around Friday, 49, who is a childhood pal of the U2 frontman, and covered him with kisses onstage on October 4.

Still not satiated, she was seen grabbing Bono, The Edge and Scarlett Johansson backstage for a kiss.

“I have kissed a lot of rock stars in my time but seriously never so many as the last 24 hours,” the New York Post quoted her as saying. (ANI)

Washington, Sep 12 : Rock musician Courtney Love has been sued by her former bodyguards over unpaid bills.

Bosses at Screen International Security Services filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles, reports Contactmusic.

They claim that Love, 45, owes them 60,000 dollars for work they did for her between April and August this year.

London, September 10 : Courtney Love has said that she’ll sue gaming firm Activision for bringing her late husband Kurt Cobain back to life for the latest edition of the videogame Guitar Hero.
