Mumbai, July 12 : Choreographer-director Farah Khan was assigned the task of choreographing a song with Asin Thottumkal, Zarine Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez along with their partners Akshay Kumar, John Abraham and Riteish Deshmukh for "Housefull 2" and she says it was not easy.

The song for the film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sajid Khan, was shot in in Petersborough in England.

Mumbai, June 25 : Choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan cannot believe she has been handpicked as one of the 100 most promising emerging new directorial talent in the world in a film anthology entitled "Take 100: The Future Of Film: 100 New Directors".

"I am just toooo toooo happy. In our country, we don't value talent until it gets endorsed from the outside," Farah said.

Mumbai, June 6 : She has essayed the role of a choreographer, a director and a reality show judge with ease and confidence, but Farah Khan is a tad nervious about her acting debut in "Shirin Farhad".

"It is a difficult task. I'm quite nervous, sometimes thinking that I hope I haven't gone too far. Playing a character is a different ball game altogether. How will she walk, talk, clothes, everything needs to be taken care of. Bela and sanjay have promised that they will hold my hand and take me through this," Farah told IANS in an interview.

After a bombed film like Tees Maar Khan, which turned out to be one of the sloppiest movies of 2010, and which even 'Sheila Ki Jawani' could not save, it is obvious that director Farah Khan will be in shock. But hold on. The director is not in shock due to the bombing of her film. We learn that the director has recently said in an interview that her movie has gone on to be a hit!

Aamir Khan and Farah Khan will be working together after almost a decade. Farah, who is a choreographer turned film maker, was busy with Tees Maar Khan lately, but now that it has bitten the dust, she is going back to her roots by choreographing a song for Delhi Belly. When asked if she was moving back to becoming a full-time choreographer, she said 'Not at all!” She is only choreographing Delhi Belly because Aamir asked her to. She only choreographs for her friends, her husband Shirish Kunder and her brother Sajid Khan she said.

Mumbai, Jan 13 - Now that her "Tees Maar Khan" is over and done with, filmmaker Farah Khan is all set indulge in her first love, choreography. She's been asked by Aamir Khan to choreograph a song for "Delhi Belly".

Confirming her professional reunion with Aamir after 10 years, Farah says, "Yes, I'm doing a song for Aamir's 'Delhi Belly' because he has asked me to."

So, does this mean Farah is returning to choreography in a big way?

It seems that the year-long cold war between Farah Khan and King Khan has finally come to an end. It all started when Shah Rukh started delaying the shoot for Farah's film Happy New Year due to a shoulder injury. Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan had a great opening on Friday with an estimated collection of Rs. 12.75 crore on the first day.

The movie has managed to garner its position at the number three in the great openings list .The number one position this year has of course been occupied by Dabangg with an astounding collection of Rs. 14 crore on the opening day. The number two is still occupied by the Raju Hirani film 3 Idiots with Rs. 13 crore at the box office.

New Delhi, Dec 23 - It seems like this conman is already on a trail as director Farah Khan is planning a sequel to Akshay Kumar-starrer "Tees Maar Khan", which hits the screens Friday.

"When Farah and Katrina went to shoot the grand finale of STAR Plus' cookery game show 'MasterChef India', she was so impressed with Akshay's hospitality that she ended up offering 'Tees Maar Khan 2' to the actor," said a source.

Akshay, of course, jumped at the offer!
