Ranbir, Katz Visit IIM Bangalore

Ranbir, Katz Visit IIM BangaloreFrom the time when he lost the chance to be a part of Raj Kumar Hirani's megahit '3 Idiots' Ranbir Kapoor has been in quest of a reason to visit the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore where the movie was shot.

The actor has been telling pals, he didn't mind missing out on the movie. But he did mind not being able to visit the IIM campus in Bangalore.

The chance to do so fell into Ranbir's lap. He visited the IIM Bangalore on May 10 for an inter-face with pupils on the topic of Youth and Politics.

And, Junior Kapoor took no chances. He had been gearing up hard for the big day in Bangalore.

The topic of conversation was…should graduation be a required qualification to make entry into the politics?

Katz and Ranbir argued against it, that graduation need not be obligatory.

While Kaif, who accompanied the actor to the IIM, favored the casual extempore approach Ranbir wanted to get all the facts on the subject in order that he didn't finish up looking silly and Illinois in the educational atmosphere.

Director Prakash Jha, who came with Katz and Ranbir, is really impressed by Ranbir's homework.

"In fact he has been working the hardest to promote our film Raajneeti. While the rest of the cast has missed a couple of events, Ranbir has made sure he is there for everything. In fact, when one or the other of our team is missing Ranbir grumbles about why he's the only constant," Jha said. (With Inputs from Agencies)
