Bangalore, Jan 24: The driver of the Honda Accord, Karthik Somaiah, who killed five persons in Bangalore today morning, surrendered before the Police after eluding them for hours.
Police said, "Somaiah was returning from a friend''s house in Koramangala to his Indiranagar home after overnight stay, rammed down a group of morning walkers today morning.
Somaiah is employed in a multinational bank and he surrendered in Shivajinagar Police station.

Bangalore, Jan 22 : Indian No. 3 outsourcer Wipro Ltd met expectations with an 8.7 percent rise in quarterly profit, but gave a downbeat outlook as its Western clients clamoured for lower prices, sending its shares down.
Wipro forecast its information technology services revenue, including from its acquisition of Citi Technology Services, at 1.05 billion dollars in the current quarter, down seven percent from the October-December period.
Bangalore, Jan. 19 : Global IT company Mindtree Limited announced its results today for the third quarter ended December 31, 2008 as approved by its Board of Directors.
The company announced that its software revenues had grown by 16.6 percent Quarter over Quarter (QoQ) and 93.4 percent Year over Year (YoY) to Rs 3,638 Million.
In rupee terms, EBITDA for the quarter was 30.5 percent against 27.8 percent in Q2 2008-09 and 16.8 percent in Q3 2007-08. This reflects a QoQ growth of 28 percent and a YoY growth of 251.6 percent, a company statement said.
