The British Prime Minister's wife has opened the account under the user name "SarahBrown10".

Sarah, who has almost 800 followers, and is herself following more than 700 people, is using the website as a platform to spread the word about the Million Mums campaign, of which she is patron, reports The Telegraph.

The campaign aims to encourage greater awareness of the health of mothers around the world who are dying during pregnancy or childbirth.
