Google in its social networking platform Buzz, has added 'Reshare' button. This feature closely resembles to ReTweet option of Twitter. In Buzz the users can share a particular Buzz post without any copy-paste hassle and also add few comments of their own.

A further elaboration of the same states that one who wishes to share a photo, link or message posted your friend to all your followers, one can hit on the Reshare button which in turn shares the post with details of original author and with the list of users who have re-shared the item.

The difference between ReTweet and Reshare is explained by an example. Say, if one 'likes' a particular Reshare with comment that means one doesn't automatically 'like' the original post. Also akin to Twitter, one gets to see Reshared item just once if one's several contacts have Reshared it. It works only for public posts as private posts won't carry any Reshare links.
