Stock market analysts are of the view that investors can sell Bhushan Steel Ltd stock with a target price between Rs 1548-1525.

According to them, investors can sell the stock below Rs 1560 with a strict stop loss of Rs 1590.

If the stock fell below Rs 1520, it may witness more weakness.

Today (Feb 03), the stock opened at Rs 312.70 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 495 and a low of Rs 229.50 on BSE.

Bhushan Steel standalone net profit for the three month period ended December 2009 surged 10.97 times to Rs 2,274.30 million as compared to Rs 207.40 million during the corresponding period of 2008.

Net sales for the quarter under review rose 42.57% to Rs 14,290.00 million, whereas total income increased by 44.73% to Rs 14,546.40 million.

The company's EPS during the quarter stood at Rs 53.55 per share, recording 10.97 times growth over prior year period.

During its board meeting held on January 29, the company's directors considered and sanctioned the allocation of Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares without voting rights, and consequent upon this allotment, the company's paid-up capital has been augmented by Rs 1500 Lacs.
