London, Oct 28 - American singer Jessica Simpson is trying to understand Indian culture ever since she has arrived in the country.

Mirror. co. uk reports that the singer got her hands henna tattooed and wore a bindi on her forehead when she attended a party at Vie Lounge in Mumbai.

Simpson is travelling around the world trying to understand what different cultures find beautiful and why. Currently she is in India to film her television show "The Price of Beauty".

She is a guest of Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia who has been chosen as the Indian Beauty ambassador for her show.
