Washington, Sept 21 : Will Smith's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, has revealed that she thinks trust ing kids is best parenting, despite people always getting on them about not punishing the kids.

The 43-year-old actress, who is mother to two teenage kids Jaden and Willow, said that she and the "Men in Black' star raised three kids before Willow and Jaden, Us Magazine reported.

The 'Gotham' actress, who came with her hubby under public scrutiny for their parenting skills earlier in May after 13-year-old daughter's photo with 20-year-old shirtless actor, Moises Arias, made its way online, added that she tried putting boundaries on her goddaughter to control, but couldn't avoid things from happening.

Pinkett called it a learning curve and explained that she wants to give Willow and Jaden opportunity to make mistakes and learn how to put boundaries on themselves, while they are still with her and have a safety net. (ANI)
