A deal has already been done to publish "Bo America''''s Commander In Leash", a children''''s book. It is due to be released next week.

The book's publisher is Mascot Books, reports The Telegraph.

It will follow "Bo on an exciting adventure as he learns all about the White House and experiences the traditions that make it such a special place."

The book will feature guest appearances by Mr Obama, his wife Michelle Obama, Senator Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden the Vice President.

It has been written by Naren Aryal, founder of Mascot Books, and illustrated by Danny Moore, one of its employees.

Aryal revealed to the New York Times that he and Moore had been working on the project for about two months, but were leaving space for pictures of the dog, once it was chosen.

Bo, a Portuguese Water Dog, was given as a gift to the Obamas by Kennedey. The senator has three of the breed himself. (ANI)
