Pakistani singer Adnan Sami has won the property case against his wife, Sabah Galadri.
Sabah pleaded in the court that Adnan together with his parents should be evicted from their five-flat residence at Lokhandwala in Andheri.
But, the petition has been dismissed by the Mumbai High Court.
Adnan’s lawyer Vibhav Krishna said, “The HC order clarified that the family court has jurisdiction over matrimonial disputes involving foreign nationals.”
London, Feb 18 : Disney's animation film Bolt has topped UK and Ireland box office chart in its opening weekend.
According to Screen International, the film, which features the voice of John Travolta as a TV show dog, who believes his fictional powers are real, raked in 2.8 million pounds in first three days, reports the BBC.

Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Veer’ has got another reason to be back in the news. The film has been charged for damaging the Historic fort of Amber.
An accident happened on the sets of ‘Veer’, when a 20 foot long wall collapsed injuring nearly 15 people.
Out of these 15, nearly seven injured people were taken to the nearby Sawai Man Singh Hospital, while all the others injured were rushed to a government hospital.
King Khan is finally recovering from surgery for a tear on his left shoulder muscle. He was operated yesterday after he returned from London. He was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in south Mumbai on Monday.
Shoulder specialist Dr Sanjay Desai, who performed the operation on the 43-year-old actor-producer said: "He resumed his normal diet and had a sound sleep. We have permitted him to go home."
A joint study by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and KPMG estimated that the media and entertainment industry will grow at 12.5 percent over the next five years to cross the Rs 1,00,000-crore mark by 2013. The report showed that it grew 15 percent annually since 2006 into an $11.68-billion industry in
