Apple’s Upcoming Music Service will be called Apple Music

According to reports, it has been confirmed by the technology company Apple that its upcoming streaming music service will be called simply 'Apple Music'. The company's music service will also have artist-focused social network element, the reports stated.

As per a fresh report, there will be separate profile pages for every artist within the new streaming music service. In their profile pages, artists will be able to post track samples, videos, photos and concert updates from where their fans can stream them.

While providing information on the 'Apple Music', 9to5Mac stated through the company's new service that artists will be able to share and promote their posts from other artists. In addition, users will be able to like the posts of artists and to comment on them.

Legal academics ask Google for more transparency regarding ‘Right to be Forgotten’ Ruling

A group of Internet scholars and legal academics has asked Google to be more transparent regarding its decision- making process in respect of its implementation of Europe's 'Right to be forgotten' ruling. A year ago, Europe's top court passed on a legal ruling, which requires search engines so as to process private individuals' requests intended for delisting erroneous, outdated or inappropriate data returned by a search result for their name.

Microsoft outlines Windows 10 versions

Microsoft announced the Windows 10 versions Tuesday, causing excitement among people who are eagerly looking forward to it. The new operating system will be launched this summer. However, the company did not reveal many details regarding the Windows 10. It didn't say anything regarding its money making targets associated with the new operating system.

According to reports, Windows 10 will be sold in two versions for consumers, just like the company's earlier versions such as Windows 7, 8. The two versions will be Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Home. The Windows Phone brand will not be there as the company indicated earlier. It is planned to be renamed as Windows 10 Mobile, and will work on phones and small tablets.

The partnership is related to a project named, 'Instant Articles', under which Facebook will be giving its users direct and instant access to the entire new stories published by these partners within its mobile app.

Scientists create Robotic Arm That Can Bend and Contract like Octopus’ Tentacles

A team of scientists at an Italian University created a robotic arm to support surgical procedures in compact areas of the body. The arm has been specifically designed to bend and contract like octopus tentacle.

According to the makers of the robotic arm the remote-controlled machine can extend and can become soft or rigid depending on the surgical environment to enable a minimally-invasive operation.

The prototype arm can squeeze between soft tissue and organs, by holding them apart gently if necessary.

A miniature surgical tool-kit is also installed at the top of the arm which helps during in performing surgery.

Artificial Intelligence Would Overtake Human Intelligence in Next 100 Years, warns Stephen Hawking

Famous British theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author Stephen William Hawking warned that artificially intelligent machines could pose a genuine threat to the human race within next 100 years.

Speaking at the Zeitgeist event in London the physicist warned that machines would predictably overtake human intelligence.

He said when computers will overtake humans it would be necessary to make sure that the computers have goals aligned with ours.

He said human future is a race between the growing power of technology and the wisdom with which we use it.

Prof. Hawking has previously warned about the dangers that could be caused due to artificial intelligence.
