Sensex Nifty at Record Highs

The Bombay Stock Exchange 30-share sensitive index (Sensex) closed at 15272.72, up by 180.68 points or 1.20 per cent and the NSE’s 50-share Nifty closed up 58.40 points or 1.31 per cent at 4504.55. The BSE Midcap index ended at 6795.30, up 13 points while the BSE Smallcap index closed flat at 8216.14.
