Both also emerged as biggest loser under the impact of global slowdown and recessionary waves in the world. Mukesh's brother and industrialist Anil Ambani managed to get third slot in the list with a total wealth of USD 10.1 billion.

Bill Gates is the world''s richest man againNew York, Mar 12 : Forbes magazine study has revealed that Microsoft Corporation co-founder Bill Gates has reclaimed the title of the richest man in the world, with a total net worth of 40 billion dollars.

According to Fox News, the magazine found 793 billionaires in 2009, which was down by 30 percent from a year earlier.

Apparently, this is the first decline since 2003.

Gates lost just 18 billion in the financial apocalypse that hit world markets last year and is now worth 40 billion dollars compared to Buffet's 37 billion dollars and Slim's 35 billion dollars.

In an interview to Vogue magazine, Melinda Gates has revealed that Bill has barred in three kids, Jennifer, 13, Rory,
10 and Phoebe, 7 from using any of the Apple products.

"There are very few things that are on the banned list in our household. But iPods and iPhones are two things we don''t get for our kids," the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

Bill Gates meets sex workers in PunePune (Maharashtra), Nov 7: Microsoft founder and co-chairman of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Bill Gates, visited sex workers in Pune.

Gates along with his wife Melinda visited the red light area of Budhwar Peth in Pune to create awareness amongst the sex workers regarding AIDS on Thursday.

The purpose of Bill Gates'' visit to the area was also to review two projects, funded by the foundation, on prevention of sexually transmitted infection.
