Washington, Nov 30 : After getting ‘not-so-good’ reviews for his new movie ‘Valkyrie’, Tom Cruise has now asked fellow scientologists to go and watch the film.
According to reports, the movie has been getting less than par reviews, and Tom’s performance has been called “laughable,” reports Hollyscoop.
However, keeping in mind that the flick doesn’t go down in sales, the ‘Top Gun’ star has called on all Scientologists to see the movie when it opens on Dec 26.
Washington, Nov. 29 : American intelligence and counter-terrorism officials said on Friday that there was mounting evidence that a Pakistani militant group based in Kashmir, most likely the Lashkar-e-Taiba, was responsible for this week’s deadly attacks in Mumbai.
The New York Times quoted them as saying that while they had reached no firm conclusions about who was responsible for the attacks, or how they were planned and carried out, they said that evidence gathered in the past two days pointed to a role for Lashkar-e-Taiba or possibly another group based in Kashmir, Jaish-e-Muhammad, which also has a track record of attacks against India.
Washington, Nov 29 : Actress Jada Pinkett Smith wants to direct husband Will Smith in a flick.
The ‘Matrix Reloaded’ actress revealed that the couple is looking for the perfect project in order to work together wherein Pinkett Smith can be behind the camera calling the shots.
Smith also revealed that Will was keen to enact lead role in ‘The Human Contract’, written and directed by Jada in which she acted.
However, they decided against working together on the project in order to avoid any kind of marital arguments.
London, Nov. 29 : A British actor with an Asian appearance said that he literally curled himself up like a small ball as terrorists struck the restaurant in which he was dining.
Actor Joey Jeetun, 31, from London said the attack on the Leopold cafe, next to the Taj Mahal hotel, would live forever in his memory. He said that he survived because he was covered in other victims'' blood and the gunmen thought he was dead.
"I just curled myself in the smallest ball I could and closed my eyes. After about five minutes it stopped and I opened my eyes. There were dead people next to me who had been shot in the head," Jeetun told The Telegraph.
