Man arrested while trying to sell Paris Hilton’s stolen cellphone

New York, Mar 16 : A New York hotel manager has been arrested after he was caught trying to sell Paris Hilton''s lost cellphone on the Internet.

Hilton had lost the phone at Manhattan nightclub Marquee back in 2005, and hotel manager Marc Marrouche''s ex-girlfriend had found it, reports the New York Post.

Marrouche, 30, then tried selling the phone by listing it on website Craigslist, but was busted on March 5 after a buyer, who offered 5,000 dollars for the instrument, turned out to be an undercover cop.

He has now been charged with criminal possession of stolen property, and faces a year behind bars if convicted. (ANI)
