Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Phone Now Available In India!Finnish giant Nokia has recently released its Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone for its Indian users.

Ace music director A. R. Rahman, who has been associated with Nokia for several years now, launched the ‘Nokia 5800’ on his birthday on Tuesday.

Rahman has composed a complete album ‘Connections’ for Nokia, which is preloaded in this novel handset and three other models in the XpressMusic series.

Along with a user friendly interface, the new edition of Y-Browser for the XpressMusic phone has added in some handy extras and features.

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music, which is the first touch screen phone of Symbian S60 from Nokia, comes with a full-screen QWERTY keyboard, a 3.5mm headphone jack and 8GB of built-in space, a drop-down menu providing direct access to the phone’s countless music and entertainment features.

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone, which can play back full screen video at 30fps, features a stylus for easy navigation. It also has a stellar 3.2in wide screen touch display, which is laced with a resolution of 640x360.

Other goodies include a graphic equalizer and support for all the major digital formats, HSDPA at 3.6Mbps, integrated 802.11b/g WiFi, an aGPS receiver, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, an accelerometer and a 3.2Megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, auto focus, a dual LED flash, and 8GB of memory in the form of a microSD card.

The more-exciting feature of the phone is its ‘Y-Browser’ that allows users to access all the folders and drives, and they can also copy, edit, move or delete the folder and can even create and unpack the folder.

Moreover, the Y-Browser also brings a change in presentation and better settings menu.

The new Nokia handset is available at a price of Rs 21,899, almost Rs 9,000 less than 8GB iPhone and Rs 14,000 less than 16 GB iPhone.
