London, November 13 : Mariah Carey literally brings home the Christmas spirit – the stunning singer has confessed that she goes overboard with the festival’s celebrations – including giving her bedroom the North Pole makeover.

The actress-singer revealed that in addition to the snow-clad room at her Aspen residence, she loves to be welcomed at the airport with champagne and festive songs in her car.

While other celebs were living it up at the World Music Awards (WMA) after-party, Carey was busy cooking a tasty treat for her hubby.

The singer begged the head chef at Monaco''s Hotel de Paris to let her loose in his kitchen.

And there she cooked Cannon’s favourite dish, seafood linguine.
