Adelaide: Star opener Rohit Sharma feels that arch-rivals Pakistan who will be "under pressure" going into the opening match of the ICC Cricket World Cup as they have never won against India at the mega event.

"The pressure will be on them rather than us. They are the ones, who have not won a game against us in the World Cup.

We will try and use it to our advantage," Rohit told the mediapersons at India's Open Session, here on Saturday.

Not denying that Pakistan match will be a huge affair, Rohit wants that fans go back with happy memories and they will prepare to the best of their abilities to win the game.

New Delhi, Feb 7 : The Centre has decided to infuse Rs. 6990 crores in nine public sector banks (PSBs) for which orders are being issued.

This year, the Centre has adopted a new criteria in which the banks which are more efficient would only be rewarded with extra capital for their equity so that they can further strengthen their position.

The methodology for arriving the amount to be infused in these banks has been based on efficiency parameters. First of all, weighted average of return on assets (ROA) for all PSBs for last three years put together was arrived at and all those who were above the average have been considered.

Islamabad, Feb 07 : The national security strategy unveiled by US President Barack Obama notes that the US supports India's role as a regional provider of security.

The document read that the United States and India shared inherent values and mutual interests which was the basis for cooperation between the two nations.

In the note sent to Congress, Obama said that the country also backed India's expanded participation in critical regional institutions, Dawn News reported.

He added in the note that the US saw a strategic convergence with India's Act East policy and its continued implementation of the rebalance to Asia and the Pacific.

New Delhi, Feb 7 : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wants to win the elections through the TV screen and not working at the ground level.

"I would like to appeal to the people of Delhi that now various rumors would be spread. The people are aware that one is a party that wants to win the elections through the TV screen and the other party wants to fight elections by approaching the people by going to their homes," Kejriwal told the media here.

Earlier in the day, BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi shared a video with the media showing a lady accusing Aam Aadmi Party of intimidating her to not vote for the saffron party.
