Third front not of much credence: Kamal Nath

Kamal-NathNew Delhi, June 12 : The proposed third front as an alternative to the UPA and the NDA is not of much credence in the 2014 general elections, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said here Wednesday.

"I don't give much credence to the third front... the country will have a secular government in 2014," Nath told reporters here.

Talks are on among some non-Congress and non-BJP parties to form a federal front for next year's Lok Sabha polls.

'Bhaag Milkha...' album hits digital platform June 14

bhaag-milkha-bhaagMumbai, June 12 : Sony Music has decided to digitally release the soundtrack of forthcoming film "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" a week before its original launch on demand from fans.

The album will have an online release June 14, and it'll be followed by the usual launch June 21. Post spectacular musical success of 2006 movie "Rang De Basanti", this is Sony Music’s second project with director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.

“Zinda”, the first song from “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” sung by Siddharth Mahadevan, was released on YouTube May 30 followed by “Mere yaar” and “Maston ka jhund”.

Titled “Justice for Jiah Khan”, it was launched Monday on the socialnetworking site(URL https/wwwfacebook com/Justice For Jiah Khan). An initiative by Newz66, news and content website, it is reportedly supported by several Bollywood artistes and media professionals.

Wipro expanding in Germany, to hire 1,000 techies

WiproBangalore, June 12 : Indian IT bellwether Wipro Ltd is expanding its operations in Germany and plans to hire about 1,000 techies over the next three years, the global software major said Wednesday.

"As Germany is one of our focus geographies, which will play a vital role in driving our growth, we are investing substantially in the region," Wipro chief sales and operations officer for growth markets Rajat Mathur said in a statement from Cologne.

The investments will be made to build domain knowledge in growth verticals and hire local talent with delivery and programme management capabilities.
