Kathmandu, July 26 : Visiting Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is reportedly busy holding parleys with leaders of various Nepalese political parties.

After meeting Pashupati Shumsher Rana, the Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) upon her arrival in Kathmandu on Friday, Swaraj started parleys with leaders of other political parties since early morning today, reports the ekantipur web site.

She met the Chairman of Constituent Assembly, Subas Nembang, at Singha Dubar, while UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal called on her at the CA Hall in New Baneshwor.

Washington, July 26 : Hillary Clinton in a recent interview referred to Russian President Vladimir Putin as "tough" and "arrogant" and said that he was also capable of exuding charm.

According to Politico, she made the comments in an interview with CNN journalist Fareed Zakaria, set to air on his eponymous show at 10 a. m. Sunday.

Clinton said of Putin that he had a lot of personas that he pulled out.

London, July 26 - England's Test debutant Jos Buttler wants to draw inspiration from Matt Prior to become one of the best wicketkeeper-batsmen in the world.

The English county cricket club Lancashire player, who will make his Test debut against India on Sunday at Hampshire's Rose Bowl, said that it is an incentive that with the right work ethic, he feels he has the talent to develop into that and knows that it is obtainable from Prior's example.

Buttler comes in for the third Test after Prior stood down from England duty because of injury and the Lancashire player has appeared in 33 ODIs and 36 Twenty20s for England, The BBC reported.

Raipur: Chhattisgarh government-run tribal hostels and residential schools lack basic infrastructure and proper security arrangements, a Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) report said on Friday.

The CAG report on the state's General, Social and Economic (Non-PSUs) sectors for the year-ended March 2013 was presented on today in the House.

There are 1,254 pre-matric tribal hostels and 1,153 tribal residential schools for scheduled tribes and scheduled caste students in the state, of which 371 hostels and 254 residential schools covering eight districts were audited, Accountant General (Audit) Chhattisgarh B K Mohanty told reporters at a press conference.
