Los Angeles, June 12 :  Actress Salma Hayek never considered beauty to be her first priority amd that's why she never tried to be as beautiful as she can be.

"I know people have always thought I was beautiful, but I have never tried to be as beautiful as I can be," InStyle magazine quoted the 46-year-old as saying, reports eonline. com.

"I could do a lot more like exercise, or not eat dessert or not drink alcohol. I don't think my first priority in life has ever been beauty. It's a little bit of a rebellious spirit in me. There is more to me than looks, of course," she added.

Rail passengers will reportedly be able to book tickets through a mobile phone starting July 1 as Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will launch an SMS-based ticketing service.

Citing a senior IRCTC official, PTI reported on Tuesday that SMS-based ticket booking service would make the task much easier and convenient as users will be able to book tickets from anywhere and anytime.

Mumbai, June 12 - A benchmark index of Indian equities markets was trading 0.51 percent down during the pre-noon session Wednesday.

Selling pressure was observed in stocks like consumer durbales, metals, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and auto; while positive movement was seen in oil and gas, healthcare and realty stocks.

Continued decline in car sales could force manufacturers decrease production and cut jobs, according to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

Data released by the industry body revealed that car sales slipped 12.26 per cent in May, and it was the seventh consecutive month to report a decline in sales.

Manufacturers sold a total of 143,216 passenger cars in the domestic market during the month of May this year, as against 163,222 units in the corresponding month of the previous year.
